Hole Description
"This is the most beautiful of the par 3's at Knole. The view from the tee has been painted and photographed many times, and the landscape nearby was used by the Beatles in the sixties to shoot part of their Penny Lane video. Two large ponds run down the left hand side, and are often home to geese, ducks and moorhen, as well as dozens of golf balls. The hole can play shorter than its yardage as the fairway tumbles down the hill to a large flat green. But you have to carry the putting surface with your tee shot as three large bunkers short of the green left and right are waiting for anything short or running down the hill."
